And for those looking to manage their calorie intake, we offer 180 low- and no-calorie products (which includes different packaging options). You might say that managing your calorie intake—which is important for weight management—has never tasted better.

Coca-Cola products provide hydration, refreshment and enjoyment. Like all other beverages, our sugar-sweetened beverages provide important hydration that is critical to sustaining the healthy functioning of the body. But it is important to remember that all calories count—including those contributed by soft drinks. Because all foods and beverages have the potential to contribute excess calories to the diet, people must be mindful of the total number of calories they consume. Our juices, fortified beverages, and sports drinks provide consumers with important nutrients. For instance, our Minute Maid® orange juice is an important source of naturally occurring vitamin C, folic acid, and potassium; Minute Maid® orange juice with calcium and vitamin D provides nutrients to help support strong bones; and POWERADE® provides carbohydrate energy, electrolytes to help replace some of what’s lost in sweat, and B vitamins to help support energy metabolism1.

Over-hydration can lead to hyponatremia, a serious condition in which the sodium level in the blood becomes too low.
