Recycle and Win!

The Recycling Prize Patrol hit the streets looking for stickers and households that are recycling properly during the past year. For those households with a Recycle and Win sticker that were found recycling correctly in Mecklenburg County, they won a $50 Harris Teeter gift card.

There were 520 gift cards rewarded, 10 a week for 52 weeks, all over Mecklenburg County. The recycling team was looking for those residents that had opted in to the program by placing a Recycle and Win sticker on their recycling bin.
