Crystal Hardy co-founded Green Teens, a local bottle recycling program that donates the proceeds to local schools in Laurens County, Georgia.
In addition to Green Teens, Crystal organized the Playground for W.I.N.G.S. Project, dedicated to building a playground at a local women's shelter. Crystal obtained all materials, managed 150 volunteers and provided encouragement to all.
Crystal has also spent time working at Communities In Schools, the nation's largest dropout prevention organization.
