Liz serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Georgia Chapter. She chairs one of their largest fundraising events, Chocolate, which nets $100k annually for CF research and attracts a crowd of 1,200 people.
Liz was selected Most Valuable Volunteer in 2008 and Volunteer of the Year in 2007 and 2005. She created a new marketing positioning strategy for the chapter which has received national recognition.
In addition, Liz volunteers with Big Brothers, Big Sisters, Hosea Feed the Hungry, Habitat for Humanity and has done relief work after hurricane Hugo.
