  • 500 g of spaghetti

  • 1 tablespoon of tomato concentrate
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • Salt and black pepper

In a saucepan on the heat, put the olive oil, garlic, onion and stir for two minutes, then add the tomatoes, tomato concentrate, basil leaves, sugar, salt, and black pepper and stir all, then cover the pot and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring from time to time.

Cook spaghetti in hot water with a little salt and oil for 7 or 10 minutes, depending on the type of spaghetti. After the tomato sauce and spaghetti ripe. 3. Spaghetti with mussels and dry white wine


  • 500 g of mussels
  • 200 g of spaghetti
  • 7 cl dry white wine
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • 1 chili
  • Olive oil


Wash the mussels. Peel and chop the garlic, chop the pepper and chop the parsley.

Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in four.

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the garlic and parsley in 2 tsp of olive oil.

Add the pepper and then the cherry tomatoes. Mash them with a fork.

Cook for a few minutes over low heat.

Cook spaghetti according to package directions.

Pour the mussels into the pan and add half a glass of dry white wine.

4. Spaghetti pasta with cheese


  • 250 g of spaghetti
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • Roquefort cheese
  • 1 grated Gruyére cheese
  • 1 tbs of olive oil
  • Pepper powder
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt and pepper


In a wok, heat the oil, add the spaghetti pasta, grill it a little.
