Breakdown of NFL’s Team Revenue

The valuation of each team is calculated by adding the figures for revenue generated in the 2021 NFL season and the current operating income of the teams. The operating income includes earnings without interest, taxes, any amount of depreciation, and/or amortization. In addition, it also considers the net debt of stadium service. The debt refers to the team and stadium dept resort to the owner of the teams.

The team valuation employs the cash enterprise values that are total equity plus total debt. Furthermore, it adds all the revenue of the team owners from non-NFL events held at team stadiums. However, the real estate value of the stadium is not included.
