The Subsidiaries Operating Under Adani Total Gas Limited:

To expand its portfolio, Adani Total Gas Limited has created a wholly-owned subsidiary under it, which is Adani TotalEnergies E-mobility Limited (ATEL). ATEL is presently setting up EV charging infrastructure for different vehicle types. The Adani TotalEnergies Biomass Limited (ATBL) is another subsidiary of the Adani Group. It plans on producing and distributing biomass-derived energy across the different corners of the country. ATBL is constructing one of the largest compressed biogas plants in Barsana in Uttar Pradesh. It is expected to have a processing capacity of 600 tons per day.

ATGL has commissioned its first CBG station at Varanasi. A lot of other projects are in progress as well. The company also looks forward to further expanding its CBG production footprint in the municipal solid waste segment. This is going to aid the agricultural industry to a significant extent. ATGL has recently won 14 geographical areas in a competitive bidding. It plans to expand its services in the north-eastern part of the country. ATGL will also have its footprint in over 956 districts across 12 states. It aims to increase its natural gas share to 15% by 2030.

Plans for The Future:

As per recent Adani updates, Adani Total Gas currently has plans to invest a total of INR 20,000 crores in the next ten years to expand the clean fuel infrastructure in India. The company is optimistic about the future possibilities of gas. It has plans to build over 1,800 CNG stations in different corners of India. The conglomerate plans to connect every home with piped natural gas over the next decade. It has been continuously diversifying its portfolio as a part of its business plan. It also aims to include compressed biogas and EV charging in its services. By doing so, it will be able to meet the demands of a broader range of customers.
