Secondary causes are when a headache gets too sharp or frequent to be a standard case of flu or stress. For example, if someone works for 9 hours a day and then has 6 hours of sleep each day, they get to sleep for more than 8 hours. They will have a headache every time.
The causes of that headache are the sudden rise in the brain’s chemical levels—many other things such as alcoholic effects, brain damage, panic attacks, strokes, or dehydration.
3. Dealing with a headache
The most common way of eliminating headache causes is by resting for a while or taking an undescribed medication. And depending on each case, the decision may change.
